Hello everyone! We will be going through great changes in our first year so please check with us often and be sure to contact us if you have any questions or an interest in preserving some of this seasons bounty. As many know, I am a grad student and am finishing up before taking the summer to really get the Glass Rooster off the ground, so to speak. I am excited about all of the possibilities and am ready to help others that are involved in the “food movement” here in Chicago.
