Home Based Classes
This year has flown by and we are winding down our season with our classes taught in your own kitchen. Our 101 focus is now on apples and if you have never canned before or have limited experience with this great art, apples are a fantastic place to start. Learn this fall in your own environment and this coming spring you will be well prepared to jump right in with the freshest flavors the midwest has to offer.
If you are interested in hosting or putting together a class for you and your friends then….
Check with your friends schedule and select a couple of dates that might work for your group. We teach Monday through Saturday (Thursday nights are the exception) and offer start times from 7 AM to 6 PM. Plan on four hours of my time in your kitchen and 3 hours of class time for your guests.

- Cost is $45.00 per person with a 4 person minumum
- Trip charge of $15.00 outside of the city
- Class Start Times from 7am to 6pm
- In your kitchen 4 hours
- Class length 3 hours
- Each guest will take home at least one jar full of flavorful treats and handouts.
